Shipping & Returns

Shipping is charged at published Fedex/Truck rates. Shipping rates relate to deliveries outside of a vehicle accessible external door. Internal deliveries are usually not available, especially on larger orders.



55 and 30 gallon drums are sent via truck and not via UPS/Fedex Ground.  Please ensure that your facility is equipped to handle drums.  Lift gate trucks are available on request and will entail a $55.00 charge, regardless of the order quantity. Please allow seven business days for drums to leave our facility as they are manufactured to order. Please contact us with any inquiries.



Damaged or defective products or product shortages must be reported in writing within seven days of receipt of goods. Spa Partners takes no responsibility for product quality or quantity after that date. Before returning any goods, you must obtain written approval from Spa Partners. Non-defective liquid products are not returnable due to reasons of health, safety and quality control. Any legal disputes arising from business transactions will be heard in the Morris County Court of Morristown, New Jersey. Dispensing systems are guaranteed for 1 year and generally are only for use with Spa Partners liquid or wipes products. All returns of non-defective products will entail a 20 to 50% restocking charge, depending upon the condition of the products upon return. Spa Partners reserves the right to refuse the return of any non-defective products that were ordered by the customer. Spa Partners provides products to leisure establishments and institutions and we may not be able to accommodate orders from individuals.
